[Central Retail] Admin Trainee

• Sort, organize, and edit PowerPoints and PDF documents, presentation documents, etc. Help structure and turn all available material into the presentations
• Support development and creation of supporting material for all 4 Brands
• Support in managing the team’s timeline
• Process HR paperwork based on the HR procedures
• Work with the Finance & Account team to implement the Payment Process for team activities, purchasing orders, HR procedures, and other occurred needs
• Brainstorm ideas to organize team activities, and monthly meetings for engaging team members
• Follow-up and take care of the team working tools like stationeries, software, and infrastructure to find out the issues to fix, extend, or maintain them
• Support the team in creating the needed contracts based on the provisions of law and company procedures
• Implement internal communication across the Brand Development & Store Design team

Education: BS degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Management,…

Seniority: Having experience in the same field is a plus

Language: Be able to communicate in English

Office skills: Proficiency in MS Office is a must
