Stakeholder of assigned Brand -Categories involve and execute all department activities
Manage OEM products development process and production planning at OEM factory
Manage Non OEM products within Categories assigned (If any)
Manage products communication in store and online -web
Support retail establishment process for all stores
Commercial brief – Work brief
Midpoint check and sign off layout
Support Products development process from Range Specialist
Monitor, execute and adapt with relevant function the SOP and SLA
Range -Assortment – Products Strategy -Sale
Develop souring strategy and product roadmap and ideas to realize short-term and long-term financial goals for categories or Categorries assigned
Researching market trends and deciding on brands, product structure, developing new products to suit the company's development orientation in each period to make that H & E is main key player in the martket for Categories
Support Range specialist in research new trend in the global and local trend
New opportunity for your categories and the brand
Lead PD team in competition New brands to the market, overall and category comptetion
Lead PT team for Good Selling price level of the competitors (permanent and promo) according Brand ‘s commercial calendar
Lead the team Conduct regular competitor visits, and vendors meetings to analyses, report and ensure our competitive edge in terms of selling price, commercial margin, product modernity and quality.( PD team )
To work on range construction and product development. Develop proper products technical specifications in cooperation with quality department to maximize buying savings. ( PD team )
Provide maximized product description, Attribution and customer centric for all digital media ( PD team )
Responsible for leading of educating, promoting and training product knowledge to the operation’s team ( PD team )
Review and briefs RFQ for sourcing needs as per company processes and templates. SOP
Execute team to Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit
Develop and direct the implementation of the product development process as ensure meet Project timeline of launching
Propose for commercial calendar programs through Products, prices, display, identity and customer experiences to improve products and services.
Evaluate the business performance of the product to make appropriate product improvement changes (specifications, prices,).
Contribute and approve in selecting the product to meet the target of turn over , gross profit and quality.
Strategic Vendor development -Buil up strategic Vendor systems
Searching and building a system of domestic and overseas suppliers to plan an abundant, diverse, high-quality, and low-cost source of goods as Range master
2. Planning and developing vendor that are suitable to the company's requirements business Goal
3. Factory evaluation, product material analysis and quotation comparison to make a decision to choose the right supplier for the company's requirements.
4. Lead and support Sourcing team in Negotiate the terms of the Sale Contract with the Supplier on a quarterly/annual basis in order to bring maximum benefits to the company.
5- Lead -Support sourcing Team Sourcing Team to Negotiating price ,Term of contract , and Review Contract after final selecting vendor
6-Lead -Support Sourcing team in Complain or request compensation from the Supplier if there are errors compared to the terms of the contract to avoid losses and risks for the company.
Improvement Products and Vendor SLA
1-Work with Mer -Sale and Products Development team to Analysis data of Products Financial performance ( Sale -Stock -GMROI ) -Customer feedback ( Quality )-Action plan for further improvement on products or new development plan in line with development process
2. Work with Sourcing team Propose Suppliers on improving, replacing materials for products, new prices, etc. to re-develop old products with new looks to meet customer needs.
3. Propose product improvement to Merchandiser -Products Development and confirm product changes to Supplier to implement change in production.
4. Proposal the Appendix to the Sale Contract on this change after the negotiation is completed.
