[CENTRAL RETAIL] Finance Controller

The position roles & responsibilities will be including the followings but not limited to:

- Prepare reports & analysis for Monthly Performance Review meetings (Actual vs Budget). Be responsible for cost management and financial analysis;

- Prepare feasibility study (FS, or financial model) for new stores; control and compare FS vs. reality. Post-evaluate stores performance vs. FS after opening.

- Forecasts and preparation of budgets and re-forecasts.

- Estimate mid-month P&L with explainable assumptions and reasons.

- Ensure the control and management of working capital (inventory, payables) is in place and in accordance with the company policy

- Assist on implementing financial policies, control  procedures and system (if any)

- Work and coordinate with internal stakeholders and relevant departments

- Proactively solve problems, coordinate with others, ask questions, make requests of others, hold others accountable, and handle it fully when another person isn’t delivering what is needed for the project to be completed.

Education: Bachelor in Accounting or Finance

Seniority: from 4 years of seniority in accounting/finance/audit

Language: Good command of English (speaking and writing)

Office skills: Excellent computer skills, especially using Excel, Powerpoint

Attitude: Cautiousness, honesty, influencing
