Business Partnering
- Propose ideas to improve policies and human resource management processes.
- Support the Department Managers in human resource management, training, recruitment, promotion, discipline, ...
- Implement HR management processes and policies
- Implement and manage the implementation of salary policies in the departments when signing labor contracts
- Strictly control the staffing of each departent based on standard personnel structure, approved salary fund
Compensations & Benefits
- Coordinate with departments/ stores to confirm and consolidate monthly working days, calculate salary and bonus for business departments
- Coordinates budgeting processes like the salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development
- Review and propose exceptions in employee compensation.
- Trains store managers in the compensation area
Compliance with laws and payroll processes (20%)
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure all company obligations are followed.
- Ensure all annual training obligations are met such as Safety at Work, First Aid, Fire Fighting, etc which may include partnering with vendors for implementation, content creation, follow-up, and follow-up. track completed records, etc.
- Ensure fulfillment of all annual reporting obligations including payroll, budget tracking, HR situation reports, etc.
- Interact closely with all Human Resources teams, Legal and external departments to ensure that HR policies and procedures comply with applicable labor-related laws;
- Perform accurate and timely payroll calculation.
Provide periodic/extraordinary reports to managers at all levels and related departments and other Human Resources (5%)
Participate in the implementation of HR projects Other tasks as required by managers at all levels (5%)
Education: Bachelor degree, majoring in HR, Law/ Business Administration
Seniority: At least 2-3 years in similar position
Language: Fluent in English
Office skills: Office 365, SAP HR
Attitude: prudent, honest, objective, proactive
