Job Description

Under the guidance, direction, and in close collaboration from the ID – VM – GD - Managers – BUHR the role has the following missions:

  1. To support, coordinate, build, document and conduct basic knowledge/ introduction trainings, create training schedule and sessions based on the BU strategies
  2. To keep up-todate a training data base (professional, languages, employment/ internships) followed for each employee of BD&SD team.
  3. To assist the regional managers/ projects in the training in order to construct the internal training procedure
  4. To develop and monitor the training programs/ software / equipment and the means needed for the training
  5. To ensure the quantitative follow up of the evaluation tests and the assessments with respect to the quality of the training
  6. Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors
  • Monthly update information about HR Structure of Stores/ Departments
  • Manage training data system
  • In charge of periodic reports (training provided, number of hours of training, attendance, costs ...); resume & follow up Training action plan
  • Establish & follow the implementation of training budget (P&L and Training Budget for stores/departments)
  • Synthesize & send reports on training information (information provided from stores/departments, training schedule, training invitation…)
  • Follow-up training path of New Projects
  • Support with other logistical tasks (office stationery , airline tickets, booking hotels & training room, training equipments…)
  • Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors

Job Requirement

Education  : University degree or comparable by experience in human resources management, training, psychology, sociology and others.

Experience : organizing – rallying people – teams – groups – public speaking

Attitude: Positive motivator – Can-do – initiative taker/ self motivated – team player.

Language: Fluency in English

Computers skills : office suite
