Job Description

Ensure stores are responsible for achieving sales targets:

  • Implement monthly promotions to stores. Offer gift suggestions and plan to order or transfer between stores to ensure adequate promotional goods at the stores. Check the display, price list, and promotional price on the first day of running the program until the end of the program at the stores. Execute the tasks assigned by the company and the superiors in events, meetings... and ensure all promotions are complete and correct
  • Understand the monthly company budget communicated to employees and come up with a plan to increase sales for the stores. Make changes to improve business operations according to reality.
  • Report to Operations Manager daily/ weekly/ monthly sales and sales statistics to achieve the company target.
  • Send sales reports, daily KPIs to stores. Find the causes and offer solutions to improve the sales of the stores you are in charge of.
  • Analyze sales data (employees, customers, sales, sales proceeds, store area, costs...), forecast future sales to reach the highest target

Capture the market:

  • Report on competitor information (new arrivals, promotions...) to Operations Manager
  • Support to orient the store staff's thinking and the state of competitors

Manage store operations: Perform store checklist checks upon arrival and report Operations Manager

+ Customer service:

  • Ensure store staffs provide customer service to company standards
  • Collect weekly customer feedback, report in the weekly meetings, and track performance
  • Solutions in the coming weeks
  • Respond to all inquiries and complaints from customers at the store

+ Store pictures:

  • Display and control products in quantity and detail, in-store, and warehouse.
  • Work closely with the showroom team and store manager to maintain visuals
  • Standardize sales and ensure all items displayed in the store are standardized
  • Ensure that stores are always kept clean and tidy
  • Supervise the maintenance and repair of furniture, equipment in the area and the store
  • Ensure store staff must follow the brand's standards: neat, clean, welcoming...
  • + Control inventory and replenish goods:

  • Propose weekly orders of stores for Operations Manager’s approval to ensure maintenance: Top sale, full goods, stable inventory. Understand sales data, detailed product groups of stores, and Top sales in each region. Good inventory control (accurate, complete, and logical), inventory control
  • Track the process of receiving goods and Claiming goods at stores
  • Track weekly/monthly cancellations of stores, take actions for stores to reduce the rate of cancellations. Check the staff's instructions on how to recover damaged goods. Perform cancellation checks in stores.
  • Follow up store inventory to ensure data matches the system
  • Monitor No-sale items, monthly negative stock to find the cause and take action to improve
  • Recommend transfer or offer the promotion to reduce inventory or slow-selling at stores
  • Procedure:

  • Ensure to provide the company's vision, mission, and goals; Participate in all strategic decision making and ensure compliance with all key operating policies and procedures.
  • Proposing to edit, add new and develop necessary processes in the operation of the store with Operations Manager
  • Human resources management:

  • Training, encouraging, counseling, disciplining, and controlling employees and evaluate employees
  • Training twice a month to new employees on display skills, company rules, product knowledge...
  • Selecting and training every 2 weeks on updated, changed, new SOPs….
  • Preparing training roadmap and integration plan for new Store Managers
  • Summarizing, checking the weekly work schedule and the work breakdown table of the stores in charge and send to the Operations Manager. Cross-check via Camera
  • Loss prevention:

  • Responsible for gains, losses, and other issues in the operation of the responsible stores
  • Ensure that Loss Prevention policies, systems and procedures are in place in all stores and that inventory discrepancies are promptly investigated to minimize the risk of internal loss and outside of goods and turnover
  • Establish strong sanctions to protect the company's cash assets.
  • Planning the inventory, arranging personnel and equipment, checking at the booth the inventory preparation work to ensure the correct and fast inventory results. Participating in cross-checking inventory of the counting areas. Take action to reduce the loss rate
  • Manage store projects:

  • Plan and prepare personnel and goods to set up a new store

Job Requirement

Experience & Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Management or related field
  • 3-4 years working in the Retail industry
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in the field of: Household goods, Supermarket, Chain stores... is an advantage
  • Fluent English
  • Proficient in: Word, Excel, PPT, and making related report documents
