[Kubo] Interior Designer

NHIỆM VỤ

Nghiên cứu phát triển concept mới nhằm nâng cao giá trị Kubo.

Hỗ trợ thiết kế xây dựng cửa hàng mới và cải tạo cửa hàng cũ.

Nắm rõ mục tiêu & vấn đề của dự án, duy trì thông tin cập nhật cho quản lý trực tiếp.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• Phối hợp khảo sát hiện trạng cùng team dự án, lên bản vẽ hiện trạng, đánh giá tính khả thi của mặt bằng phù hợp với concept Kubo.
• Tìm hiểu, nghiên cứu sáng tạo những concept mới để nâng cao giá trị của thương hiệu.
• Phối hợp chặc chẽ với team thu mua để tìm kiếm công nghệ mới có thể ứng dụng vào thiết kế.
• Phối hợp chặc chẽ với team dự án, nhà thầu chính, duyệt bản vẽ 3D, 2D, vật liệu mẫu, giám sát thiết kế.
• Hỗ trợ team vận hành các vấn đề liên quan đến thiết kế & xây dựng giúp cửa hàng vận hành hiệu quả hơn.
• Phải đánh giá được các rủi ro về tính khả thi của thiết kế : rủi ro về chi phí, an toàn vận hành, rủi ro về thi công. Từ đó nghiên cứu, tìm kiếm biện pháp khắc phục.

MISSION

The R&D executive will be focused on brainstorming and conceptualizing new ideas for possible products/ playing concept. This is an advanced position within the Kubo brand.

Support to building new stores and renovation of current stores.

Be fully aware of all project goals and issues, and maintain regular up to date information to the Manager.

ACTIVITIES

• Investigate existing sites/ stores and understand clearly the design and building project.
• Create innovative concept ideas which will enhance brand value.
• Work closely with Purchasing team to identify possible emerging technologies/ modules/ ingredients for use in new concepts.
• Closely coordinate with Project team and Main Contractor for approving process of 3D, 2D drawing, materials that meet approved design and copyright monitoring.
• Support Operation team relating to design and construction for effective performance at site.
• Must assess cost implications and/savings, safety standards and risks of implementation. Recommend solutions without compromising.

Kiến thức & kinh nghiệm:

- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các mô hình kinh doanh tương tự.

- Có kiến thức về tiêu chuẩn an toàn cho khu vui chơi trẻ em.

- Thành thạo các phần mềm diễn họa 3D nội thất & hậu kỳ render.

- Triển khai 2D tốt là một lợi thế, nếu không sẽ được đào tạo.

- Có hiểu biết về MEP là một lợi thế.

- Quan tâm đến việc nghiên cứu, tìm tòi công nghệ mới, đánh giá tính khả thi phù hợp với thiết kế.

- Hiểu & đưa ra các quyết định liên quan đến thiết kế & thẩm mỹ trong các cuộc họp liên quan.

COMPETENCIES

Functional knowledge & experience:

- Able to demonstrate experience of working with relevant business models.

- General knowledge about safety standards

- MEP expertise is a plus

Functional skill:

- Must be self motivated to research and evaluate new technology, ideas and trends.

- Understand and formulate decision of design concepts and throughout any discussion.

THÔNG TIN KHÁC

Education: Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành thiết kế nội thất hoặc ngành nghề có liên quan đến thiết kế xây dựng.

• Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.

Attitude:   Trách nhiệm cao, tinh thần làm việc nhóm tốt.

Languages:  Tiếng anh giao tiếp tốt là một lợi thế.

Computers skills:  Thành thạo các phần mềm 3DS Max/ Sketch-up/ Vray/ Corona etc.., AutoCAD, Photoshop/AI etc…

REQUIRED BACKGROUND & ATTITUDE

• Graduated from any relevant programs especially Interior Design.
• At least 2 years of experience working in the same area or relevant scope of work and position

Attitude:   High responsibility, good team-work spirit.

Languages:  Good English communication skills (verbal & written)

Computers skills:  Proficient in 3DS Max/ Sketch-up/ Vray/ Corona etc.., AutoCAD, Photoshop/AI etc…
