Job Description

Brand Monitoring:

Monitor brand related activities:

- Monitor brand-related activities to ensure the right guidelines: Color, typography, tagline, visual

- Check the operation status of communication platforms/ merchant pages/ applications.

- Support other departments on Brand related items.

Customer understanding

- Implement monthly, quarterly and semi-annual customer research activities

- Collect customer feedback after campaigns; Research trends, update competitor activities

- Deploying concept testing activities, quantitative research for media ideas, new products.

Brand Building: Plan and execute branding activities

Brand Planning

- Building brand plans: Brand DNA, Brand Manifesto, Brand ID

- Building brand implementation plans: Brand Activation, Brand Experience

Brand Implementation

- Implementation of activities.

Campaign/Promotion Planning & Implementation: Plan & deploy campaigns by Season, by themes

- Analysis of sales data + Customer insight research, to propose Campaign ideas

- Building a proposal - Memo campaign/promotion

- Coordinate with inter-department departments to deploy Campaign

- Coordinate with teams in Marketing deloy campaign/promotion: Setup promotion/ Content/ Design/ Ads/ Operation flow

- Briefing Campaign/ promotion for Team Merchandise, VM & Operation

- Monitor and evaluate the campaign/ promotion continuously and propose adjustments (if any)

BRAND TOUCHPOINT building & Management

OTHER PROJECT: Build new platform, BI,…

Budget management, Analysis, Report & Action

Job Requirement

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Marketing Dept, Brand Building
  • Fluent in English (both writing and speaking skills).
  • Good at MS office.
  • Knowledge in advertising and marketing, media & digital, PR, events, tec.
  • Skill: Project Management, leadership, strong business mindset, insightful approach, analytical power, critical thinking, good communication, presentation & negotiation skills
  • Desire to build positive values for the community.
