Job Description

Commercial: deploying, coordinating, managing and controlling store operations to optimize sales activities, handle related issues.

- Submit sales reports, daily KPIs for stores. Find the cause and offer solutions to improve the sales of the stores in charge.

- Know the company's monthly budget to communicate with employees and plan to increase sales for the store

- Ensure uniformity of visual standards at the stores in charge

- Deploy promotion program (monthly promotion) to stores. Offer gift offers and ordering or transfer plans between stores to ensure full availability of promoted items at the store. Check the exhibit, price list and run price of the program on the first day of running the program to the end of the program at the store.

- Check the store checklist when execute store visit and report daily to OM, specifically: store cleaniness: Floors, cashier counters, shelves, goods, glass front door, brand expression…; electrical equipment technical assets at the store; warehouse (neat, clean, proper division of goods ...); staff attitude; cash; DWS; damaged, destroyed goods; handover book; in-out goods book; goods displayed at the store…

- Browse weekly orders of stores to maintain: Topsale 1000, full goods, stable inventory. Understand sales figures, store category details, and Topsales of stores in charge

- Monitor the receipt and goods claim at the store

- Track weekly/monthly loss, giving action to stores reducing scrap rates. Check and train  out employee manuals on how to recover damaged damaged items. Check the cancellation of the store.

- Planning the inventory, arranging staff/equipment, checking the store for preparation of inventory to ensure accurate and fastest inventory results. Participate in cross check, checkout areas. Takes action to reduce loss ratio

- Check the camera control goods, personnel at the store.

- Follow store inventory to ensure that the data matches the system

- Track the items with Nosale or monthly negative stock, look up causes and take action to improve

- Propose for transfer or promotion to reduce inventory or slow sale at stores

- Plan and prepare personnel, goods for new store set up

Asset Management:

- Check the equipment of the shop when checking the store.

- Send checklist for weekly repair items.

Financial management:

- Control of operating costs.

- Management of investment costs.

- Cash management.

- Sales report.

Customer Service (CS)

- Organize training once a month for new employees in terms of cash collection and services

- Training to guide the processes related to the service for Store Manager (SM), Sales Advisor (SA): invoice, freight, principles of customer service, goods return process, point accumulation ....

Human Resource Management: training, encouragement, counseling, discipline and control of staff as well as staff evaluation

- Training once a month with new staff on display skills, company rules, knowledge of goods ...

- Select and train once per 2 weeks for the next generation

- To train and plan to integrate with SM

- Summarize, check the weekly working schedule and work table of stores to send to the Operation manager (OM). Cross-check through the camera

Evaluation criterias

• Sales volume of stores in charge

• Inventory system - Ensures correct and accurate inventory maintenance

• Goods management - Ensure the rate of loss and destruction within the allowed level

• Training the next staff

Job Requirement

Education: College degree

Seniority: 3 year experiences; at least 1 year experiences in same position

Language: Required to speak English

Office skills: Should be competent in office skills

Attitude: honest, decisive, meticulous
