Job Description

  • Develop strategy/business plan for B2B channel
  • Promote the sales distribution network of B2B: Managing contracts and wholesale orders for systems / visitors
  • Implement, follow-up and develop the partnership/relationship with customers;
  • Consult wholesale policies for new customers
  • Implementing programs / promotions to promote business;
  • Check and confirm wholesale orders for visitors from the store by process
  • Build, monitor the budget in the most efficient manner to achieve positive EBIT
  • Coordinate with departments and related functions to promote channels
  • Coordinate with accountants and warehouses to issue invoices and manage delivery
  • Combined with the store to monitor sales and manage goods at the systems (Big C, Coop, lotte, bsmart ...) to proceed to change the appropriate products
  • Update and manage wholesale data on the system
  • Be creative, thinking out site the box for approaching prospects
  • Execute product visibility, and other cycle activities in covered wholesale in accordance with merchandising
  • In charge all activities of wholesales for BU.
  • Weekly and monthly reports
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Job Requirement

COMPETENCIES

Functional knowledge & experience:

  • Good market’s knowledge of B2B business in retail, FMCG
  • Familiarity and appreciation of sales operations

Functional skill:  Strong analytical & planning skills

Managerial skill:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of negotiation skills with proven track record

REQUIRED BACKGROUND & ATTITUDE

  • Education: University degree, major in commerce, marketing, business administration
  • Seniority: 2 years experiences in B2B sales
  • Language: Good at English
  • Office skills: MS Office
  • Attitude: Flexibility to travel nationally to secure and manage accounts
