Administrative task:
· Support of the Store Manager’s diary and appointments.
· Liaise with relevant individuals, external organizations etc. to arrange meetings, prepare agendas
· Tabulate and retrieve Store Manager’s official expenditures and claims.
· Arrange local transportation when necessary.
· Be in charge of uniform distribution and collection for store staff.
· Arranging the taxi cards and following up monthly receipts from users and taxi companies.
· Update sales reports from stores and report to Store Manager daily, weekly, monthly.
· Translate documents from Vietnamese to English and vice versa.
· Follow up monthly expense of stores: telephone, internet, drinking water…
· Make purchase order and payment request: telephone, internet, drinking water…
· Calculate incentives for all staff based on KPI monthly.
· Follow up and make registration for parking card.
· Make name card for new staff.
· Follow up and transfer documents from Head office to Robins Office.
· Other duties as assigned.
Purchasing management:
· Develop criteria and to evaluate the key suppliers by yearly for long-term cooperation.
· Search and evaluate suppliers (based on cost, quality, service, availability, reliability).
· Implement the purchasing strategy & make sure it integrates with other goals of other departments.
· Negotiate price purchase price and obtain better purchase condition for Company.
· Be responsible for quotations, contracts approval, payments, goods quantity and quality check.
· Be responsible for internal/external reports if any.
HR Supports:
· Register Finger Print for new staff
· Check time attendant record of staff
· Support HR to deliver HR documents to employee
Other tasks assigned
· College degree, preferably in Business Management, Social Science or related fields.
· Good English communication skills
· Minimum 2 year experience in the same position with a positive attitude.
· Good knowledge in procurement procedures.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Able to handle various task with minimum supervision
· Good problem solving skill.
· Ability to work under high pressure

· Working time Monday To Saturday: 8hours/day
