- Constant provide market update to BODs by leading market research & market study to support brand development & brand building strategy.
- Lead internal survey if required - Develop intergrated annual marketing plan & CRM strategy with detailed budget across all touch points to achive business & financial target
- Develop master communication plan with specific strategy for each communication tools/ channels
- Constantly evaluation to identify potential and risk to proactively take actions on adjustment
- Build brand identity & brand guideline to ensure consistent brand awareness
- Lead the creative development of all communication materials in compliance with guidelines of related social media platforms and brands
- Oversee the collaboration between team members & Merchandise team to develop brand/ products differentiation and clear unique selling points for each brand/ product
- Oversee the collaboration between team members & Operation team to ensure campaigns’ objectives are delivered, together build customer services standard at all sales channels to achieve high level of customers satisfaction.
- Oversee the collaboration between team members & Visual Merchandise team to ensure effective & efficient in-store communication.
- Oversee the collaboration between team members & Ecommerce team to constantly produce trendy & high engagement communication colletarals.
- Build and maintain good & professional relationship with all internal & external stakeholders
- Ensue to recruit right team members in corresponding to business goals within budget. Build development plan for individual member with clear coaching and training plan.
- Ensure to achieve business goals within prescribed budget
- Build and manage procurement process for Marketing materials to ensure effectiveness & efficiency.
- Build and implement related processes to ensure effective execution
- Take ownership at all marketing projects to make sure their effectiveness & efficiency
- Strictly comply legal’s advice & the law to make sure all marketing campaigns are legit
- Build and manage report systems to assist decision making process and strategy adjustment if necessary.

Functional knowledge & experience:
- Knowledge on the market, retail industry in Vietnam and / or Asia region.
- Experience at developing & managing execution of integrated marketing plan
