Function: Facebook Fanpage and Website

• Manage the page's administration and customer service
• Report on the page's performance
• Prepare content and images for posting
• Help to get articles about the brand published

Function: Promotions

• Find partners for marketing activities that have been approved
• Keep track of marketing’s product
• Apply for a Promotions License
• Prepare images and other content to share with customers
• Inform appropriate departments about the programs

Function: Event

• Looking for good partners to help with event planning
• Assist in prepare event’s script
• Follow the schedule with your partners
• Participate on the event day
• Help to do live streaming

Function: Partnership

• Collaborate with partners to negotiate benefits for partnership programs
• Coordinate with internal departments to put the program into action
• Tasks related to partners

Function: Reports

• Work reports issued weekly and monthly

• Marketing program results reports
• Market research studies, competition research

Function: Administration

• Submitting plan, proposals and contracts
• Making paperwork of Procurement, Request for Payment, Purchase Orders... in accordance with the company's process
• Add-hoc tasks

Education: Marketing or relevant field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, promotion, event; preferably with Retail Industry. 

Attitude: Proactive, responsible, self-motivated, and team-oriented skills.  

Language: Vietnamese and English

Computers skills: Microsoft Office.
