[Central Retail] Interior Design Team Leader

MISSION

• Be the obvious resource and leader in home furnishings inspiration across all non-food brands according to the various brand identities, customer segments, and range strategies.
• Secure relevant, international standard-based home furnishing solutions with an in-depth understanding of people’s life at home.
• Strengthen the unique value proposition of the Central-Home brand of everything under one roof.
• Lead and support the development of store layouts and store media for presenting the product range as well as a guide on inspiration and style for any other channels.
• Become the top-of-mind source for home furnishing solutions and inspiration in the primary market area to maximize sales and long-term profitability.
• To support and provide relevant input towards the range development strategy with solid knowledge of international styles, trends, and developments.
• Provide, document, and train the organization on HF knowledge, style, and trends.
• Have a track record of team motivation and positive sales results.

ACTIVITIES

• Secure that the visual expression and range presentation in all areas of responsibility are in line with the overall brand identity and strategy.
• Secure and develop each media's main purpose and translate them to real-life solutions that reflect the local market based on the provided range strategy.
• Be a collaborative partner towards all brands, range purchase, development, and marketing.
• Ensure that media reflect the agreed matrix plan, and secure affordable, functional, and inspiring home furnishing solutions, relevant to the local market.
• Work closely with Visual Merchandisers to secure the right balance between home furnishing media and commercial space.
• Work closely with graphics and sales partners to secure and develop the planning process.
• Create relevant documentation for the successful transmission of knowledge to the different stakeholders and teams.
• Provide documented learning and sharing of best practices.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the importance of how we present our unique advantage of “everything under one roof” to our visitors and customers.
• Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
• Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
• Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
