1. Planning, organizing the implementation of training programs and employee development programs:
- Conduct training needs for each individual, each department, each group of work within company to build a monthly/quarterly/yearly training plan in order of priority.
- Develop a system of training materials according to the training program framework.
- Propose and designing interactive activities for the classroom.
- Organize the implementation of training programs includes List of participants, budget estimation, training contract (if outsourced), training invitation, preparation of facilities, materials for the courses, payment procedures...
- Follow up training plan and execute according to the plan. Ensure training programs are carried out as planned.
- Design and digitize training materials and ensure the progress according to the class schedule.
- Design and delivery of training solutions for a group of potential candidates.
- Design lessons, materials, tests, and control training content before uploading to the E-learning system.
- Control courses and completion of courses/lessons required by each employee
2. Training evaluation:
- Design and develop a set of questionnaire and tests to evaluate the quality and results of the training program, thereby improving quality of training programs and employees’ experience.
- Support to build, monitor and improve the training procedure, be responsible for the implementation of the plan.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of employees after completing the training program.
3. Employee Engagement and communication:
- Brainstorm ideas for programs, activities, and events to engage all employees of the company
- Plan, implement and ensure the effectiveness of employee engagement programs
- Bringing excitement, energy and passion to the employees
- Ensure the operation of internal communication by creating contents, designing posters, making video...
- Ensure the transmission of information across departments, to help employees understand all messages from the corporation.
- Catch the trend and create contents for all communications by writing, video making.
- Participate in other tasks or projects according to the plan assigned from the direct manager.
