[Central Retail] Merchandise Data Analyst

Scope of Work:

-Manage & control the data quality together with Data Administration

-Be the key stake holders related to Analyst of Sales, Inventory

-Actively proposed solution related to Data bias (if any)

-Get to know related systems for Data mining & correction

-Active/ passive received request of creating Dashboard, Reports to help team controls their works

•Measure KPI:

-Active/ passive request of Dashboard, reports: 100%

-Data corrections: 98% of total SKUs

-In-charge for data input on system included: product information, range plan …

-Coordinated with related departments to make sure that the system is ready before physical flows (Logistics, Operations, Merchandise PD & Sourcing)

-Daily maintain, update products information to make sure the accuracy is highest

-Be able to check, prepare & control the data input timeline to system

-Take lead in data admin to support specific Brand & Logs

-Other admin tasks assigned by Brand/ Lead

Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business with working experience in fine arts with a concentration in furniture design.

Seniority: Minimum 1-2 Years’ experience in merchandising/Data analyst and category management in retail business and/or related field.

Attitude: Rigorous, honest, good team-work spirit.

Languages: Fluent in both writing and speaking English
