Mô Tả Công Việc

Propose locations to develop new projects;
Liaise and work with authorities or with real estate investors / developers to find and identify potential sites (land or commercial area in buildings) for project development;
Prepare and submit reports analyzing the feasibility of potential sites to the Management Team for consideration; Participate in the early meeting with the Management Team to define, for each relevant site or project, the target to meet, the strategy and planning to follow;
Negotiate the lease or the sale or the transfer of the approved sites or joint venture agreements with authorities, real estate investors developers, real estate project owners,
Collect all necessary information site evaluation and propose to Brand Head;
Input to the investment file for the project according to the financial and commercial criterias set by Central Retail Vietnam, coordinate with other related departments to finalise the investment file for validation of CRV’s Board of Directors, Management Team and their official approval;
Prepare or coordinate the preparation of any and all letters, correspondences, commercial proposals, memorandum of understandings (MOU), lease contracts or transfer contracts, submissions documents, applications files for the project; Follow-up the time schedule and the implementation of these works to insure their conformity with the requirements of the Board of Directors, the interests and securing stratery of Central Retail Vietnam;
Monitor/ manage / coordinate the implementation of such MoUs or agreements or contracts between different parties within the required time schedule and in all aspects: technical, legal, commercial, accounting in accordance with the pre-determined targets, strategy and planning;
Organize and attend internal meetings and external meetings will all involved parties as required; Liaise and work with all transversal related departments and also with the Landlords, real estate project owners, real estates developers, the local authorities and the external consultants and partners hired by the Company (if required), to insure that the goals are met;
Should any problem or conflict occurs, to summarize and analyze the context and propose solutions, helping the Board of Directors to take appropriate decisions;
Prepare and submit reports to the Board of Directors and Management Team at their request;
Execute missions assigned by Brand Manager/Director & VP, others tasks as assigned by the Management Team from time to time;
Keep and manage the projects documents as assigned in accordance with the company’s policy on management of documents and database;
Lead, guide and support his/her subordinates (assistants) to insure the relevant works are completed as reqụired;
Coordinate with Retail Establishment team & Brand Head to deliver the site according to expansion plan;

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education: At least, Bachelor Degree in finance or economics or business administration or laws, or construction or architecture ;
Seniority: At least 03-year experiences in working with foreign-invested enterprises or foreign organizations in the field of real estate investment or architecture, construction, investment project management;
Language: Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing) is a must;
Office skills: Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Attitude: Self-confident, responsible, open-minded, helpful, self-commitment to the development of Central Retail Vietnam.
