[Central Retail] Store Supervisor

Customer relationship management 

• Manage factors influencing the inpressions of customer: sound, light, temperature,hygiene, lable…
• Monitor the behavior of the employees with customer.
• Survey the local consumer’s habit and specification.
• Improve the customer service quality, enhance the entertainment activities in playpark.

Assets

• Establish, manage the plans and internal regulation on equipment maintenance
• Maintain and promote the image of the playpark
• Respect and efficiently develop the selling method

 Human Resource management

• Recruit the employee of store
• Organize and control the employee’s task
• Share information and encourage the employee suggest new ideas
• Coach & develop the employee of store
• Evaluate, reward and discipline
• Ensure the safety of the employee at store

 Commerce management

• Identify the prominent game/activities  
• Check the game equipment situation to ensure the technical safety
• Check the quality of goods/service 
• Check the implementation of games equipments
• Control the promotion : preparation, implementation, monitor
• Carry out to survey the information of the competition
• Control the cleaning of the area

 Finance management

Maximize revenue, margin, personnel costs & other expenses 

Education: Sport Bachelor degree and local person in preferable, Preschool education

Experience: 2 years of experience in similar position is preferable or in Furniture, Fashion,...

Language:  Good in English (equivalent to TOEIC 600 points and above)

Office skills Proficiency in computer skill, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook..)

Attitude: Careful, Creative, understanding, business agility, logical mind
