Mô Tả Công Việc

1. Consumers/ Customers

- You lead and manage my team to understand our PMA and competition, our consumers and their living situations and use this to improve our customers’ shopping experience. You ensure your team uses this knowledge to proactively secure our competitive advantage to be the first choice for home furnishings.

- You ensure my team works with our store and Shared Service to secure that our customer needs are reflected in our range and prices, now and in the future.

- You analyze your individual store performance and customer feedback with your team and use this information to improve the mechanical sales system and easy buying process in our stores.

- You see the store through the eyes of your customers and give constructive, honest feedback to your team on how they can improve the shopping experience for our customers. Commercial you lead and manage your team and work with the store team to grow our business with sustained long- term profitability.

You do this by:

- Knowing our country priorities, our range, PMA and competition. You use this information to develop a strategy and set goals for your area of the home, with your team. This is based on constant improvement in order to meet the needs of our customers now and in the future.

- You work with the team in your home furnishing business to ensure they understand the strategies and how best to present/work with the range to support the commercial strategy set by the Shared Service.

- Communicating the priorities for my area(s) clearly to the team in a way that motivates them to take ownership for the achievement of our agreed goals.

- Ensuring your team analyses current trends and optimize commercial opportunities. This is achieved by working in cooperation with the store team and the Shared services team.

- Using the matrix to develop both your own and their competence in order to capitalize on commercial opportunities.

- Ensuring your team and you maximize the commercial opportunities through the effective use of all media and support the business growth by contributing to the commercial activities focusing on the commercial priorities which will inspire more people to visit the store.

- To secure the retail foundation and have the ability to coach and support the store teams.

- Networking with your colleagues in Home in Vietnam to share good examples and successes.

- Ensuring that all my actions are aligned with our objective of becoming the leader in a better life at home and growing with sustained long- term profitability.

2. People

- You recruit my team through HOME values. You identify what skills are needed now and, in the future, to achieve the objectives in their role.You also identify the motivations and capabilities that will compliment my existing team.

- You am committed to the development of my team and together we create their individual plans to reflect their business and personal development needs. You support them in achieving these goals.

- You delegate responsibility to your team to help them grow and develop, according to their individual ability and experience.

- You create an environment of trust by encouraging open, constructive, honest, two-way feedback with my team, shopkeepers/sales managers and other colleagues.

- You secure the training of my team to ensure they are well informed, commercially focused and can support the selling process in the store and as we develop in the multi-channel environment. You ensure product training and services for your home furnishing business.

- You work with and contribute to the development of the team to ensure their commercial skills continually improve. You understand their business development needs, give them constructive feedback and work with them in order to secure their competence development.

- You set clear goals and expectations and regularly follow these up with my team.

- You recognize good performance and take action to improve poor performance.

- You encourage my team to work as a team and network between stores in order to share good examples and successes.

- You actively lead and ensure that you have an updated succession plan.

- You are responsible for your own development and look to my manager and my Shared service team for support in improving your competence.

3. Financial

- You decide, agree and deliver the sales, gross margin, gross profit and other Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals which reflect the local sales strategy.

- You oversee the monitoring of competitor pricing in order to live up to the price promise we give our customers and to be first choice for home furnishings.

- You constantly monitor our performance against agreed goals, adapting and taking action accordingly.

- You ensure all sales initiatives grow our business and support the sustaining of long-term profitability.

- You control costs by working in a lean, simple, cost-conscious way using best practice and encouraging your team and your colleagues to discover more effective ways of working.

- You actively work with your team to meet agreed goals on Overstock, End Day Sale and aging stock.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- 3-5 years’ experience in management, P&L responsibility

- Experience of selling gained in the retail industry, specifically the home furnishing market

- Experience of working in a customer-focused service industry

- Experience of setting and implementing long term strategic plans, setting budgets and following up goals

- Ability to prioritize and organize work in order to make the most efficient use of time available

- Ability to set expectations and provide clear direction

- Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English Experience of using knowledge of customer shopping behavior to develop business plans

- Ability to engage your receiver and create a passion for your plans

- A considered decision-maker Self-reliant and motivated with proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently

- Good analytical and numerical skills financial interest in what is happening within the market, both locally and globally

- Experience of actively selling through understanding your customers and their needs

- Ability to quickly develop knowledge of the local market and business conditions

- Interest in people’s everyday life at home and in home furnishing

- Computer literate

- Proven record of consistently meeting agreed budgets and goals, and working on plans over a number of years

- Ability to generate healthy competition

- Proven ability to drive profitability

- Proven ability to build and maintain an effective network
